Eric “EJ” Johnson, principal broker, is grandfathered in as a native Nashvillian. Originally from New Orleans, LA, Eric moved to Nashville with his family over 40 years ago. He attended University Tennessee at Martin and Middle TN State University. After college, Eric pursued songwriting for several years. He had some limited success but finally in 1998 he decided to get “A Real Job” in real estate. In his first full year as a Realtor, Eric was recognized as the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors Rookie of the Year. He has not slowed down since. As a multiple award winner of GNAR Awards of Excellence designation, Eric has been involved with over 35 million dollars worth of real estate sales. Eric and his wife Julie started Your Move Real Estate in spring of 2007. Eric is a certified Relocation Specialist and an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR).

Born and raised in Nashville, Kristyn enjoys every aspect of living in Middle Tennessee. Right out of high school, she began her professional career in the mortgage industry assisting the Area V.P, Loan Officers and Processors over 4 different branches. It was there she developed an interest for the real estate market and the knowledge to be successful.

She stayed in the mortgage industry for 3 years until July of 2007 when a new opportunity arose. She immediately began work here at Your Move Real Estate and says “it has been a true joy”. Blake Davis comes to Nashville, by way of Arkansas. Born in Little Rock and raised in Pine Bluff, Blake moved to Nashville in 1999. He attended Belmont University and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business in 2002. While only in real estate for a year, he has served in the restaurant business for 10 years, but realizes selling homes is in his blood. “It’s just something about helping people turn the page to that next chapter in their life.” “I love it!” He lives with his wife Ashley in West Nashville who was his high school sweetheart. Sharon relocated to Nashville, TN in 1998 from Jacksonville, AL. She spent her childhood and most of her adult years in Alabama until her husband’s job moved them to Nashville. Her southern heritage is something she continues to be proud of and clients always feel the warmth of that famous “good ol’southern charm”.

Her background includes service in the healthcare industry as well as customer service. She completed the dental hygiene program at the University of Alabama in 1991 and practiced as a dental clinician for several years. She later advanced into Practice Management and received her certification through The Dental Assisting National Board as Practice Management Administrator. Customer service, attention to detail, care and concern, are key elements of success in the healthcare profession. Sharon brings those qualities to the real estate profession as well. She is a recent graduate of the Nashville School of Real Estate and is joining Your Move as an Affiliate Broker. Her move into the real estate profession is prompted by a personal love of houses as well as a strong entrepreneurial spirit. She has a sincere belief that a house represents “a family home” and takes tremendous pride in knowing that her real estate profession focuses on helping families find those homes.
